COADC Semi-Annual Meetings

The COADC meets on a semi-annual basis with meetings held each Spring and Fall. The Spring meeting location is voted on by the Council as to where it will be held each year, whereas the Fall meeting is held in College Station annually.  Meetings held in the Fall usually coincide with a Texas A&M football game weekend.

The meetings typically follow a two to three day weekend format. The first day includes a golf or skeet shooting tournament scheduled for the early part of the day and is followed with a social for the entire group (Jake & Breinn Richter and Zay Gilbreath at semi-annual golf tourney)
in the evening. The second day is reserved
for special activities and the COADC business meeting.  The business meeting allows time to update the entire Council on happenings within Texas A&M Agriculture and Texas A&M University. This time is also devoted to reviewing the COADC's plan of work.  For those not interested in attending the COADC business meeting, a special day of events and activities are planned.  Following the business meeting, the entire group rejoins that evening for a social dinner.

The 2008 Fall Semi-Annual Meeting will be held in College Station, Texas on October 10-11, 2008 in conjunction with the Texas A&M vs. Kansas State football game. Registration materials and additional information will be mailed to Council members at a later date.

Regional Meetings will also be held this year. The planning is still in process, but mark the following dates on your calendar:

August 7th South Region Meeting

August 14th Panhandle Region Meeting

August 19th Central Region Meeting

TBD Southeast Region & Northeast Region
